These terms govern your use of the Forsa Tech app and its services. Please read them carefully — using the app means you accept them.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading the app or creating an account, you confirm that you have read these terms and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of them, please do not use the app.
2. Service Description
The app aggregates tech job listings from multiple public sources and displays them in one place, provides translated tech news, and offers AI tools to improve your CV and prepare your job applications.
Forsa Tech is not an employer and does not guarantee that you will get a job. Job listings belong to their respective owners and are subject to their own terms.
3. Your Account
You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity that occurs through your account.
The information you provide must be accurate and up to date. We reserve the right to suspend an account when misuse is suspected.
4. AI Tools
The output produced by the tools (CV review, CV builder, cover letter, interview questions) is provided as assistance, not a substitute for your own review. Check any document before sending it to an employer.
Some tools are subject to a daily usage credit on the free plan. Plan details are shown inside the app.
5. Content You Upload
You retain ownership of your CV and documents. By uploading them, you grant us a limited license to process them only to the extent necessary to provide the service you requested.
Uploading unlawful content, or content belonging to others without their permission, is prohibited.
6. Premium Subscription
A premium subscription is available that expands the usage limits of the AI tools. Payment is currently handled manually via email using approved local payment methods.
Amounts paid are non-refundable once the subscription is activated, except in the case of a technical fault on our part that prevents us from delivering the service.
7. Limits of Liability
The service is provided as-is. We do not guarantee the accuracy or timeliness of any job listing or news article shown in the app, and we are not liable for any decision you make based on the content or the tools' output.
8. Changes & Contact
We may amend these terms from time to time. Continuing to use the app after changes are published means you accept them.
